To assist with the initial stages of the repair process, we require to determine the extent of damage & whether the car is roadworthy or not. This can be done by forwarding images of the damage or by attending so one of our assessors can physically inspect the vehicle.
Each vehicle requires to be assessed by one of our Vehicle Damage Assessors who will inspect the damage & compile their estimate in accordance with the vehicle manufacturers repair methods. The estimate is thereafter sent to the insurers electronically for approval & authorisation etc.
Prior to repairs commencing we carry out a diagnostic scan on each vehicle to identify any electronic faults that may be related to the accident. We can thereafter liaise with the insurance company to determine the outcome etc.
Your vehicle will be repaired by our team of highly qualified & trained technicians, including staff trained on Electric Vehicles. Our equipment includes the latest welders, chassis jigs, steering geometry & 3 paint ovens.
On completion all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned & quality control checked. All our body repairs come with a minimum of a 5 year guarantee.
